What we collect, and why

When you use the Get Started or Ask a question form, we ask for your name, email address and mobile number, and your child's first name and age. We ask for a first name and an age, never a date of birth, because the age is what places your child in a class. We use these details only to reply to you, to tell you which class fits your child, to put you on the list for the next classes if you ask us to, and to arrange a visit if you request one.

When you call or text (417) 425-4618 or email us, we keep your message so we can reply.

Children's details

A parent or guardian submits the form on a child's behalf, and we correspond only with the parent or guardian. We never contact a child directly, and we never publish a child's name or details.

Who sees it

Kelley Goodwyn and the teachers who need to place your child. Form submissions are stored on our website's database and sent by email to kelley@childrenlearnmusic.org. Our website is hosted and maintained by Two Tall, Springfield, MO, which has technical access to the site in order to run it. We never sell your details, and we never share them with anyone for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while they are open and for [retention period, client to confirm] after a child enrolls or the enquiry closes, then deleted from the website database.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used, with IP addresses anonymized. The site sets no advertising cookies of its own.

Your choices

Email kelley@childrenlearnmusic.org at any time to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will confirm within [response time, client to confirm].

We update this page when anything above changes, and show the date at the top.
