What does CMA cost, and how does paying work?
Here is how tuition works, in one screen. The current rate for the next season is published in the box below the moment it is set, and families on the list hear it first.
How tuition works
A one time registration fee
Paid once when your child enrolls. It covers the CMA t-shirt, the book bag, the music books and the materials your child uses in class.
Monthly tuition across the school year
Tuition is paid monthly, across the school year, rather than per class. The amount is the same each month, so it fits a family budget.
No long term contract
You enroll for the course, and you can withdraw with notice. Ask us about the current withdrawal policy when you enroll.
An hour of class for about the cost of a half hour lesson
A one hour CMA class usually costs about the same as, or less than, a half hour private lesson, and it covers a whole curriculum rather than one instrument.
What you need at home
A piano or an electric keyboard. A piano has 88 keys. An electric keyboard should have at least four octaves. Your teacher can suggest brands and local stores, and a good used keyboard is fine. Everything else, books, bag and materials, comes with the registration fee.
Ways to pay
Tuition can be paid online by card, or in the studio. Ask us when you enroll and we will set up whichever is easiest for you.
